go to tools => options => advanced => the network => settings
select manual proxy configuration
set HTTP proxy 127.0.0.1 port 3128 => check the option use this proxy server for all protocols and then on OK
open the browser => Tools => options => advanced => Network tab on the offline storage change with the number 0 then clear now and then on OK
127.0.0.1 ilangin set no proxy for
